About Jaz
The Jaz (Yazz) beach is one of three longest beaches on Montenegro seaside. It is 1200m long and it is 2.5km away from Budva towards Tivat. It is located in the bottom of Mrčevo polje (Mrchevo polye), has a river Drenovštica (Drenovshtica) running through and it is surrounded with Grbalj (Grabal) and Straža (Strazha) hills. The Jaz (Yazz) beach is covered with gravel on shore and in the water but when you go deeper you will find sand. 300m of this beach is reserved for nudists. This beach is ideal for campers. In the background of this beach the auto camp is located with a space for some 2000 campers. The Jaz (Yazz) beach is protected by the state as a natural good of the first degree.

There are 8 rooms-studios in our residence out of which seven 2 bed studios and one 4 bed studios. The residence was renovated in 2005. It is situated nearby beautiful beach and seashore. Parking space is also provided. All this makes it a perfect place for holiday whole year round.
